Form Fill-up Starting Date: June 3, 2026

Form Fill-up Deadline (Without Fine): June 11, 2026

Form Fill-up with Late Fine (Tk. 500): June 13, 2026

Fee Structure Breakdown
Before you head over to the accounts section, make sure you know exactly how much you need to clear. Note: All academic dues, including Semester Fees and Tuition Fees (up to June), must be cleared beforehand, or your form fill-up will be withheld.

1. Regular Students
National University Exam Fee: Tk. 4,350 (Includes service charges)

2. Improvement Students (Session: 2021-2022)
Per Paper Exam Fee: Tk. 1,000

National University Center Fee: Tk. 600

3. Failed Students (Sessions: 2017-18 to 2021-22)
Per Paper Exam Fee: Tk. 1,000

National University Center Fee: Tk. 600

Document Requirements for Retake & Improvement
If you are planning to sit for a Retake or Improvement exam for the 4th-semester final examination, you must contact the BBA department office immediately with a written application.

Your written application must include:

Your academic session

Your university registration number

Specific Subject Name & Subject Code

Important Reminder: The last date to submit documents and complete the process for Retake/Improvement is also June 11, 2026.

Clear Accounts First: Your form fill-up portal or physical form will not be approved if you have outstanding dues with the accounts department.

Check Subject Codes: Double-check your improvement subject codes carefully before submitting your written application to avoid wrong question paper allocations.
