A discussion meeting was held at Daffodil Institute of IT, Chattogram at 11.00am on 8 March 2021 on the occasion of World Women’s Day 2021. During the discussion respect, honor, devotion and love are conveyed to all women.
Honorable Deputy Attorney General, Bangladesh (DAG) Advocate Mohammad Abul Hashem, Bangladesh Supreme Court (Former District PP, Chattogram) was present as the chief guest of the program. Mr. Md. Shah Newaz Mazumder, Head of Operation, Mr. Md. Faruque Islam, Principal and Mr. Md. Shahadat Hossain, Senior Business Development Manager of the institute were also present at the program. Besides, the teachers, staff and students of the institution were attended the program.
At the beginning of the program, Mrs. Pinki Barua, Academic Counselor of Daffodil Institute of IT, Chattogram, shared some real experiences of her life’s studies, career and success in managing her family. Moreover, some of the students of the institute also shared their experiences of doing business online in addition to their studies.
Chief Guest Advocate Mohammad Abul Hashem in his speech said that respect & love should be shown towards women. He called upon all to put aside gender inequality and give women due respect and due recognition.
Mr. Md. Shah Newaz Mazumder, Head of Operations of the Institute, in his speech, called upon the women to be self-reliant and to be known in the workplace as their own identity.
At the end of the program, Mr. Md. Faruque Islam, principal of the Institute said in his speech that an educated woman plays a great role not only in her career but also in her family life to raise and educate their children.
At the end of the program, the chief guest and the teachers, staff and students of institute cut the cake and declared the end of the program.
